Dich erwartet eine spannende und abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe im Lab14 IT Shared Service Center am Standort Heidelberg!
Die Aufgabe
  • Sicherstellung des störungsfreien Betriebes der Netzwerk- und Firewall-Komponenten in der konzernweiten Netzwerkinfrastruktur der Lab14-Gruppe 
  • Konzeption, Umsetzung, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur
  • Zuständig für den 3rd und 2nd Level Support in einem High-Tech Umfeld    
  • Verantwortung für Konzeption, Umsetzung und Überwachung von IT-Security-Konzepten 
  • Analyse und stetige Optimierung der internen Netzwerk- und IT-Security-Komponenten (Firewall, Endpoint Security, Datensicherheit, etc.) 
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Teamkollegen und Endnutzern zur Isolierung und Behebung von Störungen im IT-Betrieb 
  • Dokumentation unserer Netzwerke und Firewalls
  • Dokumentation und Eskalation von Serviceanfragen im Trouble-Ticket-System
  • Steuerung von Dienstleistern 
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Informatik, Elektrotechnik) bzw. Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld mit zusätzlichen Zertifikaten und mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, in einem anspruchsvollen IT-Umfeld 
  • Durch Deine berufliche Praxis verfügst Du über gute Kenntnisse in der Netzwerkadministration, insbesondere in den Bereichen VLAN, WLAN, Switching, Routing und Firewall-Administration
  • Du verfügst über eine analytische, strukturierte und dennoch pragmatische Vorgehensweise, kannst komplexe Systeme überblicken sowie Dich schnell in diese einarbeiten.   
  • Du hast Verständnis für IT-Prozesse und IT-Service-bedingte Notwendigkeiten  
  • Du hast eine hohe Eigenmotivation, eine positive Ausstrahlung, bist kommunikativ, teamfähig, flexibel und belastbar
  • Deutsch und Englisch beherrscht Du in Wort und Schrift

You can expect an exciting and varied position in the Lab14 IT Shared Service Center in Heidelberg! 
Your mission
  • Ensuring the trouble-free operation of network and firewall components in the group-wide network infrastructure of the Lab14 Group 
  • Conception, implementation, monitoring and further development of the IT infrastructure
  • Responsible for 3rd and 2nd level support in a high-tech environment    
  • Responsibility for the design, implementation and monitoring of IT security concepts 
  • Analysis and continuous optimization of internal network and IT security components (firewall, endpoint security, data security, etc.) 
  • Collaboration with team colleagues and end users to isolate and rectify faults in IT operations 
  • Documentation of our networks and firewalls
  • Documentation and escalation of service requests in the trouble ticket system
  • Management of service providers

Your profile
  • Completed studies (computer science, electrical engineering) or training in the IT environment with additional certificates and at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position in a demanding IT environment 
  • Through your professional practice, you have good knowledge of network administration, especially in the areas of VLAN, WLAN, switching, routing and firewall administration
  • You have an analytical, structured and yet pragmatic approach, you have an overview of complex systems and can quickly familiarize yourself with them.   
  • You have an understanding of IT processes and IT service-related requirements  
  • You are highly self-motivated, have a positive charisma, are communicative, a team player, flexible and able to work under pressure
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
