Sie erwartet eine spannende und abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe im Lab14 IT Shared Service Center am Standort Berlin! 
Die Aufgabe
  • Sicherstellung des störungsfreien Betriebes der Netzwerk- und Firewall-Komponenten in der konzernweiten Netzwerkinfrastruktur der Lab14-Gruppe 
  • Konzeption, Umsetzung, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktursowie der Serversysteme 
  • Zuständig für den 3rd und 2nd Level Support in einem High-Tech Umfeld. Sie sollten jedoch auch flexibel genug sein zeitweise 1st Level Support zu übernehmen     
  • Verantwortung für Konzeption, Umsetzung und Überwachung von IT-Security-Konzepten 
  • Analyse und stetige Optimierung der internen Netzwerk- und IT-Security-Komponenten (Firewall, Endpoint Security, Datensicherheit, etc.) 
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Teamkollegen und Endnutzern zur Isolierung und Behebung von Störungen im IT-Betrieb 
  • Dokumentation unseres Netzwerkes, der Firewalls und derServersysteme  
  • Dokumentation und Eskalation von Serviceanfragen im Trouble-Ticket-System.  
  • Steuerung von Dienstleistern 
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Informatik, Elektrotechnik) bzw. Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld mit zusätzlichen Zertifikaten und mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, in einem anspruchsvollen IT-Umfeld 
  • Durch Ihre berufliche Praxis verfügen Sie über gute Kenntnissein derNetzwerk- und Systemadministration, insbesondere in den Bereichen VLAN, WLAN, Switching, Routing, Firewall-Administration, Active Directory und Virtualisierung. 
  • Sie verfügen über eine analytische, strukturierte und dennoch pragmatische Vorgehensweise, können komplexe Systeme überblicken sowie sich schnell in diese einarbeiten.   
  • Sie haben Verständnis für IT-Prozesse und IT-Service-bedingte Notwendigkeiten  
  • Sie haben eine hohe Eigenmotivation, eine positive Ausstrahlung, sind kommunikativ, absolut teamfähig, flexibel und belastbar. Eine kleine Portion Humor und Geduld wären ein Plus 
  • Für die Arbeit in einem international geprägten Umfeld ist es wichtig, dass Sie auch gut in Wort und Schrift auf Englisch kommunizieren können.

You can expect an exciting and varied position in the Lab14 IT Shared Service Center in Berlin! 
Your mission
  • Ensuring the continuous operation of the network and firewall components in the group-wide network infrastructure of the Lab14 Group 
  • Design, implementation, monitoring and further development of the IT infrastructure and server systems 
  • Responsible for 3rd and 2nd level support in a high-tech environment. However, you should also be flexible enough to take over 1st level support at times     
  • Responsibility for conception, implementation and monitoring of IT security concepts 
  • Analysis and continuous optimization of internal network and IT security components (firewall, endpoint security, data security, etc.) 
  • Collaboration with teammates and end users to isolate and resolve IT operations issues 
  • Documentation of our network, firewalls, and server systems  
  • Documentation and escalation of service requests in trouble-ticket system.  
  • Control of service providers 
Your profile
  • Completed studies (computer science, electrical engineering) or professional training with additional certificates and at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, in a demanding IT environment. 
  • Through your professional practice, you have good knowledge of network and system administration, especially in the areas of VLAN, WLAN, switching, routing, firewall administration, Active Directory and virtualization.  
  • You have an analytical, structured and yet pragmatic approach, can overview complex systems as well as quickly familiarize yourself with them.   
  • You have an understanding of IT processes and IT service-related necessities.  
  • You have a high level of self-motivation, a positive charisma, are communicative, an absolute team player, flexible and able to work under pressure. A small portion of humor and patience would be a plus 
  • The ability to communicate in spoken and written German language would be an advantage.
