Dich erwartet eine spannende und abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe im LAB14 IT Shared Service Center am Standort Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen.
Die Aufgabe
  • Sicherstellung des störungsfreien Betriebes der IT-Systeme und der IT-Infrastruktur (HyperV/VMware/Proxmox, Windows/Linux, Datenbanken, Netzwerkkomponenten, PBX, M365) der Lab14-Gruppe 
  • Zuständig für den 3rd und 2nd Level Support in einem High-Tech-Umfeld. Bei spezifischen Fragen unterstützt Du Deine Kollegen des 1st Level Support
  • Erstellung und Umsetzung von modernen Konzepten bezüglich Virtualisierung, Storage, Datensicherung, Migrationen, Cloud Computing, Sicherheit und Performance innerhalb der Lab14-Gruppe 
  • Implementierung, Verwaltung und Pflege von fachspezifischen Anwendungen und Infrastrukturdiensten 
  • Rollout, Installation und Konfiguration von Standardsoftware 
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Teamkollegen und Endnutzern zur Isolierung und Behebung von Störungen im IT-Betrieb 
  • Dokumentation der IT-Infrastruktur  
  • Dokumentation und Eskalation von Serviceanfragen im Trouble-Ticket-System
  • Steuerung von Dienstleistern 
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Informatik, Elektrotechnik) bzw. Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld mit zusätzlichen Zertifikaten und mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, in einem anspruchsvollen IT-Umfeld 
  • Durch Deine berufliche Praxis verfügst Du über gute Kenntnisse in modernem Servermanagement, o.g. Umgebungen sowie Netzwerkkomponenten
  • Du verfügst über eine analytische, strukturierte und dennoch pragmatische Vorgehensweise, kannst komplexe Systeme überblicken sowie Dich schnell in diese einarbeiten
  • Du hast Verständnis für IT-Prozesse und IT-Service-bedingte Notwendigkeiten  
  • Du hast eine hohe Eigenmotivation, eine positive Ausstrahlung, bist kommunikativ, teamfähig, flexibel und belastbar
  • Deutsch und Englisch beherrscht Du in Wort und Schrift

You can expect an exciting and varied position in the LAB14 IT Shared Service Center in Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen!
Your mission
  • Ensuring the trouble-free operation of the IT systems and IT infrastructure (HyperV/VMware/Proxmox, Windows/Linux, databases, network components, PBX, M365) of the Lab14 Group 
  • Responsible for 3rd and 2nd level support in a high-tech environment. You will support your colleagues in 1st level support with specific questions
  • Creation and implementation of modern concepts regarding virtualization, storage, data backup, migrations, cloud computing, security and performance within the Lab14 group 
  • Implementing, managing and maintaining specialist applications and infrastructure services 
  • Rollout, installation and configuration of standard software 
  • Collaboration with team colleagues and end users to isolate and rectify faults in IT operations 
  • Documentation of the IT infrastructure  
  • Documentation and escalation of service requests in the trouble ticket system
  • Management of service providers
Your profile
  • Completed studies (computer science, electrical engineering) or training in the IT environment with additional certificates and at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position in a demanding IT environment 
  • Through your professional practice, you have good knowledge of modern server management, the above-mentioned environments and network components 
  • You have an analytical, structured and yet pragmatic approach, you have an overview of complex systems and can quickly familiarize yourself with them
  • You have an understanding of IT processes and IT service-related necessities  
  • You are highly self-motivated, have a positive charisma, are communicative, a team player, flexible and able to work under pressure
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
