HEIDELBERG INSTRUMENTS MIKROTECHNIK
Heidelberg Instruments is a global leader in designing, developing, and manufacturing of direct write lithography systems for micro- and nano- and 3D-patterning that are used in the research institutions and by industrial facilities around the world. Heidelberg Instruments lithography systems are used for photomask manufacturing and direct-write lithography for a large range of applications including MEMS, micro-optics, advanced packaging (3DIC), IC, flat panel displays (FPD), micro-fluidics, sensors, and other analog and digital electronic components. In 2018, SwissLitho AG joined the Heidelberg Instruments group and now trades as Heidelberg Instruments Nano; in 2021, Heidelberg Instruments acquired Multiphoton Optics GmbH. Heidelberg Instruments Nano is a fully owned subsidiary of Heidelberg Instruments, located in Zurich, Switzerland. Founded as Swisslitho AG in 2014 out of IBM Research, the company joined Heidelberg Instruments in 2018. Heidelberg Instruments Nano supplies heated tip-based scanning probe lithography systems enabling the patterning of features as small as 15nm as well as heated probe-based surface modification. Heidelberg Instruments Nano’s groundbreaking new technology is applied by research labs, multi-user-facilities, and industrial customers around the world.
MULTIPHOTON OPTICS GMBH
Located in Wurzburg, Germany, Multiphoton Optics joined Heidelberg Instruments as a subsidiary in 2021. Multiphoton Optics, founded in 2013 as a Fraunhofer spin-off, is a global supplier of maskless 3D Laser Lithography Equipment for additive, subtractive and ablative manufacturing processes based on Two-Photon Polymerization (TPP) technology. Equipment from Multiphoton Optics have a large range of applications, including 3D-optical Interconnects, optical waveguides, integrated micro-optics, meta-lenses, 3D-scaffolds for biomedical applications, sensors and many others. Multiphoton Optics growing installation base benefits from Heidelberg Instuments sales- and service-infrastructure, which maintains over 1000 installations in more than 50 countries world wide.
OSIRIS INTERNATIONAL GMBH
Osiris International is a systems manufacturer specializing in photolithographic process equipment used in semiconductor and microsystems (MEMS) technology. Major semiconductor manufacturers and internationally renowned research and development institutions are amongst Osiris´ worldwide customer base. The equipment provided by Osiris international range from manual laboratory systems to fully automated cluster systems. In addition, Osiris International offers components (e.g. chucks, end-effectors) and sub-systems (e.g. dispense systems, media supply cabinets with various canister designs).
40-30 SAS
Headquartered in Grenoble, France, 40-30 offers the complete range of maintenance, cleaning and repair solutions in vacuum technology, industrial electronics, and ultra-clean applications. In addition, 40-30 group offers training courses for equipment use, repair and diagnosis, software for process management, as well as a marketplace for spare parts, refurbished and new equipment. Specs group joins three brands in surface analytical installation:
Specs – Specialized in development and production of customized UHV surface analysis tools.
Nanonis - Nanotechnology, measurement solutions and control systems for scanning probe microscopy.
Enviro – Enables surface analysis with x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) at near ambient pressure.

Notion Systems, a leading supplier of inkjet printing systems for functional materials, is based in Schwetzingen, near Heidelberg in Germany. Their n.jet inkjet platform is used to produce electronic displays, printed circuit boards, semiconductor components, as well as high precision optical 3D parts. Notion systems works together with leading sales and service organizations worldwide with focus on Asia, Europe and North America.
